Defective products: ABN-VoiceAGE honors its manufacturers’ warranty policies. In general, products may be returned for replacement or repair if they are within manufacturer’s warranty period. Customer must contact us by phone or email so that we can assess the defect via remote access to customer’s computer prior to approval of return. If we agree that the product is defective, we will issue a return authorization. Cost of return shipping will be absorbed by us for products that are found to be defective on delivery.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days with no restocking fee. Customer must contact ABN-VoiceAGE by phone or email to receive a return authorization code prior to shipping return. If the product has already been paid for by credit card, there is a 5% chargeback fee to cover the cost of credit card processing. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Opened Products: The customer may contact us if they want to return products that have already been opened. Such returns will be decided on a case-by-case basis. However, in general Dragon software may not be returned if the software DVD sleeve has been opened. For hygienic reasons, microphones that have been used may not be returned.
